Regarding Expediting Trademark Registration in Israel
If you wish to expedite trademark registration in Israel, you may do so only if there are special reasons to justify the expedited process. For example, if investment in a financial venture is dependent on whether you have that trademark, then you can request the expedited process. Another situation in which the expedited process may be requested is if you are engaging in a business venture in another country which requires trademark registration in the business’s country of origin. A third example justifying an expedited trademark registration process in Israel is if you can prove that a competitor is trying to use the trademark you wish to register. In order to apply for the expedited process, an affidavit must be signed in the presence of a lawyer proving the reasons to expedite trademark registration in Israel and requesting an on-site examination. Additionally, the relevant fees to expedite trademark registration in Israel must be paid. If the expedited process is approved, the application will likely be processed within a few days of receiving the applicant’s request for an on-site examination.
