If there is no oppositions to the registration of the application within these 3 months, then the Israeli Trademark Office will register the mark in the Israeli trademark Registry and send a Registration Certificate to the applicant.
If the mark in the application is deemed ineligible for registration, then the Israeli Trademark Office will Issue an Office action against the application. The applicant then has 3 months to file a response to the office action. this deadline is extendable.
